Wiki Osteochondral allograft of the tibia

My physician is going to do an osteochondral allograft of the medial malleolus. There is not a code for this. The description of 27415 is perfect but it is the knee. Insurance will not authorize an unlisted code for this procedure. Can anyone out there help me code this?
