Wiki our company requests an ED clinician document his/her interpretation of an x-ray, Ultrasound or CT scan

I spoke to a physician group, and one ED clinician said "i do not interpret x-ray, Ultrasound and Ct scan"
so if I cannot accept "review" the report, but do they need to document they interpreted what the radiologist interpreted too

I'm not certain exactly what you are asking. If a radiologist is reading the images and creating a report, why would the ED physician (who clearly sees no clinical reason to re-read the images) be required to do so?
