Wiki Outpatient hospital wound care/debridement billing (revenue codes)

Hi everyone, looking for some feedback on how your facility bills for outpatient wound care services (codes in the 11XXX range) as it relates to the revenue code being assigned? Specifically asking about wound care services performed on an outpatient basis at an acute care hospital that has a dedicated wound care clinic. Do you see rev 361, 510 or 761, and what circumstances are factored in to choosing the most appropriate revenue code?
