1). Is there an update list that can be used for pathology readings?
2). Is 88000 okay to send for claims by itself?
Diagnosis: 782.7 Spontaneous Ecchymoses Procedure/Modifier - 88264-26 and 88237-26
3). EOB said: Code 626 (which means this is not a billable service by the provider)
4). Is automated machine has its own code since it is only a machine reader? Please refer to CPT 2011
5). If there is a web site for a list of lab tests and panels?
