Any suggestions for ICD-9 code for "pelvic soreness" after the patient fell?

Is this "pelvic soreness" of a genital nature or in a broad sense such as hip pain?

That is all the note says-- the patient fell and has residual pelvic soreness.

If that's all you have then I would have to go with 719.45. It makes more sense for a ptient to have pain in the hips from a fall then pain of a genital nature. You might want to ask the doc to make an addendum to the note that will clarify things...
