I was wondering if I could get some opinions on the following op note. Please note path report came back malignant. My research keeps leading me to 27049.

After adequate general endotracheal anesthesia was
obtained, she was placed in the prone position. The perianal region
was then prepped and draped in normal sterile surgical fashion.
Using the harmonic scalpel device, a 1.5 cm pedunculated mass was
found at approximately 12 o'clock. It was incised in its entirety
using harmonic scalpel device. It was passed off the field for
pathologic analysis. The wound was then irrigated with sterile


Any thoughts?
