Wiki pers Hx of benign nodule of GE Juntion Dx?

My patient has a personal history of a benign nodule of GE Junction and that is really the only diagnosis on the dictation. Anyone know what to code for that. Right now I have V12.79.

Any possibility you could post the note (without patient info, obviously)? It would be helpful to selecting the right code.

The doctor just got back to me and said he meant Barrett's so I'm good. Thanks for responding so quickly though.
