Wiki Place of Service Question

We bill the professional services for a group of Hospitalists.
We are receiving denials for the Hospitalists seeing patients in OBS status when the place of service is ER ... Is the correct place of service in this case "ER" or "OTPT" ? Any info is appreciated!

If they are considered in observation I would bill outpatient as the pos not ER.
