Our podiatrist has performed a sx on a patient with the following descriptions. I have come up with a few codes but was not sure if there is a better fitted one out there. Please advise, thank you!
Operation performed: 1) Rt 1st metatarsal-phalangeal joint fusion
2) Rt 2nd proximal interphalangeal joint arthrodeses with k-wire fixation
3) Rt 2nd metatarsal-phalangeal joint arthroplasty with excision of base of proximal phalanx.
