Do you bill Preventive visits for Medicaid with E/M codes or the preventive visit cpt codes 99381-99397? We were advised in the past to use the E/M codes because the preventive visit codes were not listed on the Ohio Medicaid fee schedule. 2016 they are now listed on the Fee schedule. Trying to get clarification. Thanks
