prioritizing the dx order

Help ! :) If my internists sees an established pt after the patient is seen and diagnosed by the cardiologists with atril fib and cad, should we code dx 1 and 2 as atril fib and cad since we reviewed his report and we are the "gate keeper" but we didn't really treat the pt for that at this visit. However , we disussed it along with ostoporosis, lipidemia and other dx's. SO what should be coded first the atril fib and cad or the others? No rx's were written. THank you for any feedback :)
