Wiki Pro fees and fac fees for Conscious Sedation?

I code for an interventional pain doc in a hospital outpatient setting. I code all the pro and facility fees, meds, fluoro, etc. Now, when a patient needs conscious sedation during a procedure, the person that trained me before she quit said to do it as a 99144.p (professional only). That's how I've been doing it for a few months, however I am questioning why its only a pro fee and if that's correct. I generally code for the Versed used also, plus a pro and fac for the procedure and the drug injected for the procedure. Someone said perhaps it only has to do with someone monitoring. Can anyone help me and tell me if I need to be charging a facility fee for the sedation?
