Pt came for rectal fistula and I&D was performed with seton was Placed, In this PCS procedure we can code Incision and drainage with drainage device ( Seton) or not as drainage device?. Kindly please calrify.

It would not be coded. See guideline B6.1b: Materials such as sutures, ligatures, radiological markers and temporary post-operative wound drains are considered integral to the performance of a procedure and are not coded as devices.
