Hi everyone.. I need help..

1st procedure 2002: subtotal colectomy (leaving about a foot of colon) with ileocolostomy anastomosis

2nd procedure 2012: complete proctectomy with removal of the remaining one foot colon with ileostomy..

how would you code the 2nd procedure?
