We do the same. We bill 96372 w/ in-house extension MISCNOCHRG and a note of why the ext was used. It won't show up on the claim form that's sent out, but then our people no why only the injection was billed and not the drug if we were ever audited. Just be careful about billing anything before it is administered. There were a couple instances where the injection was trying to be billed on a visit where they only discussed the injection, but wouldn't be doing the injection until the next follow-up visit. Had a couple go out and come back denials (obviously).
