The billing company I work for has just acquired a new account but we've never billed for a radiological center before.
We're billing for a radiology center with a tech in the office but Dr lives in another state and will be interpreting off site. Are they able to bill globally (ie: no modifier) or will they need to use the TC and -26 modifiers even though both are in the same group and both will be paid as employees? ****
*** Just found out that the Dr reading the reports will be paid as a subcontractor and not as a full time employee.
