Good morning I need some help for this surgery
Pt had breast cancer bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction 2011.
Patient was found to have recurrence in the lateral portion of the right reconstructed breast.
The lateral and superolateral soft tissues on the lateral chest were then under minded above the muscle layers with cautery .
Once this was done superolaterally as well as straight laterally and slightly inferior laterally, this entire flap of tissue was mobilized
and advanced medially and sutured deeply .. Prior to mobilization, the previous implant which was in good shape was reused.
So I can only code for the tissue advancement ?
