Wiki Rehab Billing

I am going to start billing from our office for patients at the rehab hospital which my doc rounds on daily. The facility has been doing this. When I bill for hospital patients I wait and enter all the chgs when discharged. But since these patients can be at the rehab center for 30 days should I submit the chgs daily or weekly? We use Greenway software and I'm trying to figure out how to get reimbursed the quickest way.

Our office protocol for any inpatient visits that ours docs bill for are to submit charges after the patient has been in for 15 days...not sure where they came up with that number, but it was already in place when I got hired. It allows you to get the charges out in a timely fashion, without having to get bogged down with it on a daily basis.
