I am billing Medicare for Depo-Provera J1050 NDC 59762453701 and 150. units and I am getting a rejection with the description of Drug Information. I haven't found any firm information on this if anyone could tell me why and maybe send me a link I would appreciate it. I think it may be covered by part D and that may be my issue but I would love to have a firm answer. Thanks

update

After checking with others and my vendor it looks like medicare started a new edit and the unit of measure is necessary for the injectables a few of my shots did not have that information needless to say that has been corrected! :)
