If we have a diabetic pregnancy and use remote patient monitoring to track glucose levels, is this considered part of the pregnancy package or can we bill the RPM codes separate?

Treatment/monitoring of diabetes in pregnancy classifies as a complication and is not part of routine ob care. Bill away and if you get a denial, appeal.
