One of my surgeons performed a removal of an intra-aortic mass with use of cardiopulmonary bypass. He also used epiaortic ultrasound in his procedure to accurately locate the "mobile mass". I don't think code 35761 would be enough for this because the patient was placed on cardiopulmonary bypass during the procedure. Any suggestions? Thank you.
