Wiki Removal of PICC with Port

Hello everyone. I am hoping that someone might share their knowledge on PICC lines with me.
I have a patient that had a PICC with port placed back in January, 36571 was the initial procedure.
Now they are removing this and I am wondering if there is a valid CPT for the removal of the port?
The only codes that I am able to find are 36589 and 36590, for removal of "Tunneled" venous access device. However, a PICC is not tunneled.
Has anyone run into this before? Is there a surgical code or shall I just bill the guidance?

SIR advises to use 36590 for this.
