Wiki Repair left pectoralis tendon

Doctor did a repair of a "complete musculotendinous avulsion" located on the left chest wall. I have not been able to locate a procedure code for this repair. The closest I can come to it is 24341. If anyone has a more precise code I'd appreciate hearing about it.

I try to avoid these... I'd say has to be either 24341 or 24301?

I agree with the 24341 and 24301 if he transferred the muscle/tendon.
