Doc did a
1) Repair of entropion of right lower lid via one tarsal wedge excision
2) rResestalishment of lower lid retractors
3) extensive blepharoplasty with lateral sling

I HAVE THE FIRST ONE cpt code 67923, but are the other two bundled ?
 
I would post the operative report so that everyone can see if separate incisions were made, etc.
