Wiki Replacement for HCPCS J7317 in 2011

I code for an Ortho office, and we are trying the current replacement for J7317 -- SODIM HYALURONATE 20-25 MG. Any thoughts? We thought it was J7319, but it is not. Please help.

The code we use is J7321, Supartz or Hyalgan (other Sodium Hyaluronate). These are one dose/separate syringes.
