I would like to know how everyone codes a annual physical with medication renewal example;
61 year old presents for annual physical. MD aslo renews meds for diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
other dx codes i was wondering about is resolved dx,and follow-up dx.
another issue i have when using the HCPCS do use the hcpcs or cpt for immunization?
any help would be great i just wanna make sure that Im coding correctly.
