Would anybody consider this statment to be a complete ROS:

Symptomatically, the patient is completely asymptomatic except for: patient has been experiencing a lot of anxiety and has been using lorazepam on an as needed basis.

Hi Kristen,

I wouldn't give this physician credit for that statement, which systems is he referring to? I make sure my physicians use the statement, "All other systems reviewed and are negative." :0)

another ROS question

Thank you, but I have another scenerio for the ROS... In my practice all my doctors dictate this differently. This time its worded:

Patient has no other complaints other than what is in the HPI. Negative, GI and GU function, No abdominal or pelvic pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, headaches or visual changes.

Would you count this one as a complete, or only be able to count only 6 systems?
