Wiki Secondary Cataract

Patient developed a cataract secondary to chronic silicone oil. Patient had a previous cataract surgery w/insertion of IOL as well as previous vitrectomy on the same eye.

I'm looking at 997.99, 366.50 & V43.1

Any other suggestions?
