Dear all,
According to below OT notes please suggest me the codes. I have doubt between 42200 and 42235 and for nose correct i used 40700 and 14060. Plz guide me.
Pt operated under GA oral intubation , throat pack in.
Operation with closure of the anterior palatal fistula using bilatera mucoperiosteal flaps and anterior flap.
Nose correction done through V-Y plasty. Bilateral scar revision of upper lip done.
Deoderm dressing applied onto nasal bridge.
Suturing with Vicryl 3-0,4-0, 5-0 and 6-0 ( rapid). PDS 5-0. Ethilon 5-0, 6-0.
Throat pack out.
