Does anyone know if every role in the practice should be given full administrative access in the EHR system?
I thought it was supposed to be by role. Also I am wondering if this will cause a compliance issue given that during our Risk Assessment that we performed as part of the Meaningful Use guidelines we have documented that as recommended per our software vendor each user is given only the access required by their position.
Does anyone have any thoughts or insight on this?
