I am working with a facility that has over $40K in outstanding claims for NY workers comp. They are SNF claims that were billed on ub04. They received letters form NYSIF stating that it was not able to process because it containted missing or incorrect info and then it went on to say that we needed to follow NY workers comp CPT codes per their fee schedule. I have searched for HOURS trying to find anything that shows NY workers comp fee schedule and codes for SNF but can not find it. Has anyone had similar claim issues with work comp and SNF? If so, do you have suggestion on how they may want this coded on the facility claim form?
