Hello,

I have a pt. who had a splint applied by the radiology tech. There is no order from the dr., however the dr.'s note on the pt. chart states that the splint was applied by the tech under his supervision, and that he was present for all key portions of the procedure and immediately available for all non-key portions of the procedure. The Dr. also noted the post neuro status. Is this enough to bill for the application or do I need an 29505 order entered by the Dr.
