Hello,
Wondering how everyone bills out sports physicals?
We are thinking of doing them in house. One example is: patient had PEX done on 03/15/19, but now wants to play sports in the next school year. We have been sending those patients to Med-One.
We have seen other offices bill out a flat fee, with an office level and the DX of Z02.5.
What is everyone else doing?

Bill physical code with flat fee and bill pt, we have them prepay for service, advising them we will not bill ins for this service they are responsible. if they want ins to pay, then have to submit the bill themselves.
