pt was inpatient due to advanced cervical dilation even after cerclage placement one mth prior. Pt had SROM @ 1800 and delivered stillborn fetus @1845. All codes that i go to state "missed AB completed surgically" and that is not the case. It is not a delivery code because of the EGA of 16wks. We saw her for antepartum care, admission, delivery and post-partum care. I am at a loss. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
