Wiki Strapping & Restorative Treatment

If the initial treatment included Strapping w/o Restorative Treatment and the provider billed with a Strapping Code, but in 2 weeks the Dr removed the Strapping and replaced it, Can they be reimbursed using a Strapping Code or should they just bill the Supplies?

If its a replacement, you can bill it. You might want to put mod 78 or 58 on it depending on if the strapping was done for a fracture or dislocation and you billed a fracture care code.
