Pertaining to the Table of Risk, under "Self-limited or minor" (stable, improved or worsening) does this pertain to "only" an "established problem" of a self limited or minor nature? Because it gives you an option of the status of the self limited problem.

It might not be used as often if it's a new problem but I would use it for a new problem if it applied.
