I need help with any imput: the operation states "Repair intermetacarpal ligament hand between third & fourth metacarpal heads"
the op reads:
.... an incision was made between the metacarpal heads through skin & dermis. The extensor hood on the 4th & 3rd metacarpal heads was examined. There was evidence of a chronic tear in the intermetacarpal ligament. About 4 sutures were placed & the extensor aponeurosis b/t the 3rd & 4th extensor metacarpal joints was repaired.
I was thinking 26540
