Wiki Telehealth Billing

Can a patient have a telemed appointment and then the Provider has the patient come in to the office for an Xray or procedure on the same day, will the payers pay for the telehealth E/M with 25 modifier? I can not find any rules on this subject

G2012 and 99441-99443 does not allow for any services that result in patient coming in to see the doctor in period of up to 24 hours after.
