I just can't seem to figure out a code for this:

My doc did an OPEN reduction of a dislocated THA. He tried to do closed reduction several times but could not get it reduced- so he went to OR and had to open it up. He found some debris and a fibrous band that was blocking the joint, had to excise scar tissue and took him and 2 assistants to get hip reduced.
