If Thrombolytic Therapy is being done in two separate vessels in the same leg, would I use 37211 twice

Thanks in advance for your help!

Two vessels in the same extremity? No. Bilateral? Yes.

The guideline section of that chapter states "Codes 37211 or 37212 are used to report the initial day of transcather thrombolytic infusion(s)..."

Don't miss that (s).

HTH :)
