Hello I am in need of confirmation on codes please. For Closed Traumatic displaced fracture of transverse process Lumbar Vertebra 1-4 will code out to unspecified for the first lumbar I got S32019A? Thank you

That's the code I would choose for L1, but if all four vertebrae are fractured, then I would also assign the additional codes for the fractures in L2, L3 and L4.
