Wiki Trimming of Skin Flap

Pt had sliced open finger which required suturing at another facility. Pt presents for suture removal and possible complication with wound. Doctor assesses the wound and determines the skin flap was infected (cellulitis) and opts to sliced off the skin flap.

What CPT code would one entertain using for this procedure? IT's not really a repair of any kind?
