If this is a ceasarian delivery, aren't all these placentas 3rd trimester, 88307??

I think 651.1- is the more interesting dx from a pathological point-of-view along with 658.4- for the chorioamnionitis for triplet C.

I would code 658.41 and 651.11 together. And yes third trimester placentas are 88307.
