It's my understanding that a report for an ultrasound must be documented for billing purposes, however what if the image it's not available will you be compliant to bill for the services rendered to the patient?
Ah you are back, I thought this sounded familiar. Are you still talking about submitted with the claim or on file somewhere it can be accessed and submitted if you request it?
