Hi all,
I have a pulmonary study that was done with no indication documented in the report and the impression is normal so no DX code however on the order by the physician there is a DX code. I've never run across this before and I work hospital and physician so I know I could on hospital side however I'm not sure for the physicians portion of the test. I'm confused. Please help
