We don't see a lot of IP newborn coding. Does V32.01 mean: The Live Born Twin, with the mate stillborn, born in a hospital, delivered by C-section?

Does it maen that ONLY the live born twin was C-sectioned? Does this then have no information about the stillborn twin other than that it was stillborn and the mate is liveborn?

Or am I getting this wrong?
