Hello! We have a physical medicine and rehab doctor that was treating a patient for a W/C injury. He received a CD Rom with surveilance of the patient, for which he spent 15 minutes reviewing. My question is, what code do I use to bill for this? My best guess is 99075 or 99080. Should I just call the W/C carrier and ask what code they require for this type of information or is there a general rule I should go by? Any help would be appreciated!
