In one of our sister facility CPT codes 15823 and 67900 are being denied by Medicare and now other insurances. I been asked to work on a project to read the op report and see if there is something to guide us. I am not familiar with these procedures as they are not done at our facility. Can someone please guide me in the right direction on an article, CPT guidance information? I truly would appreciated the help.
