OIG Seeks Nursing Facility CPG Comments

The Office of Inspector General (OIG)  is seeking the input and recommendations of interested parties as OIG revises the compliance program guidance (CPG) for nursing facilities, especially those serving Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health care program beneficiaries. This OIG is especially looking for changes to existing compliance risk areas and on introducing any new risk areas.
