Every aspect of the ICD-10 implementation process will be covered, including a general overview of the ICD-10 structure and guidelines, crosswalking and mapping, organizing the implementation effort, developing cross-functional teams, budgeting, outcomes measurement, and compliance, along with hands-on exercises using the IAAPC Implementation manual. Training will provide the education and tools for the individual to direct their organization's systematic and efficient switch to ICD-10.
